Account & Data Deletion
Last Updated: October 1, 2026At Unwind Game Studios, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data from our games.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account using either of the following methods. Not every game has the in-app option yet (Lexora does not) — for those, use the email request.
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the game
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@unwindgamestudios.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Our games do not ask for your name or email, so please tell us the game's name and anything that identifies your account in it — for Lexora, the leaderboard nickname shown in the game (for example "Quiet Fern 47"), your device model, and roughly when you last played — so we can locate your data.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

| Hourly reminder records (keyed by the anonymous identifier) | Deleted automatically after about 13 months |
| Friend connections and social data | Deleted |
| Purchase history (kept by Google/Apple) | Retained by platform |
| Analytics events (linked to the anonymous identifier, never to your name or email) | Expire under Google Analytics' retention settings |
Deletion Timeline
Your account and all identifiable data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. During this period, your account will be deactivated and no longer visible on leaderboards.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will not be able to recover your scores, rankings, or purchases tied to your account.
- Local game data stored on your device is not affected by server-side deletion. To remove local data, uninstall the app from your device.
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Google Play or the App Store before requesting deletion.
